A/C Breaks all the time (one time for over a week). The power goes out all the time. The elevators are consistently down. Sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes just to use one. You can hear your neighbor's conversations. Also, they won't tell you about the hotel in the EAST building which attracts a ton of party goers that have no regard for taking care of the building/pool/ deck. RecommendedI just moved from Seattle to here and would say this is the best apartment community i have ever stayed. The apartment was very nice and clean, every member of the office were so friendly and welcoming, special thanks to the manager Elizabeth who really took care of each & every question i had. I wanted to write this review for myself because i wanted to give back to the team who made my move so seamless and the best i could do is give a honest & a positive review.

RecommendedHow convenient the location is to where we usually go. The beauty of the area; but disappointed in all the new development around us. I prefer the open fields. The many close conveniences we have and I can walk to (grocery store, Expo Nails, library, restraunts like Dukes, Post Office, UPS, cleaners, etc).

Had I know that two floors of my tower were a hotel I would have never moved here. The cops are always here. Everything is always broken. Dog pee always in the hallways and elevators. There’s basically no security. We can’t wait to move.
I just went to the office to ask for a $60 adjustment because my unit is damaged and the manager Caroline shouted at me that it wasn't her fault so I had to take it up with someone else. I can't believe the amount of unprofessionalism and inappropriate behavior I was subjected to today. Do not move here.
