RecommendedFriendly responsive staff. They ask your opinion when they remodel shared areas. There is a good gym, spin yoga room and a pool. The gates don’t stay closed as they are supposed to, some types of maintenance few years take long to address.
So glad I read reviews prior to move out! I’ve seen a lot of people claim the management charges damages that don’t exist. My unit was renovated prior to me moving in with exception to a re-glazed tub. I made sure to thoroughly clean the unit before move out and they’re trying to charge me for carpet stain removal. Funny thing is there’s no stains! And I took my pictures to prove it. Make sure you take all the photos you can when you move out! RecommendedWhat a beautiful place! I was pleasantly surprised meeting my friend here. Right on the water and really nice apartments. Cool spot somewhat tucked away from traffic but still close to everything. Staff was super helpful to us as well, thanks all.
RecommendedI lived at Mission Gate until Feb. 2019 and NEVER had an issue! Loved the Office Staff! Loved the timely manner on maintenance team and not to mention the great resident functions! I also love having parking ALL over the property! Very convenient and a definite plus for everyone! 5 Stars from me!!!
