RecommendedWhat a beautiful place! I was pleasantly surprised meeting my friend here. Right on the water and really nice apartments. Cool spot somewhat tucked away from traffic but still close to everything. Staff was super helpful to us as well, thanks all.
A/C Breaks all the time (one time for over a week). The power goes out all the time. The elevators are consistently down. Sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes just to use one. You can hear your neighbor's conversations. Also, they won't tell you about the hotel in the EAST building which attracts a ton of party goers that have no regard for taking care of the building/pool/ deck. RecommendedHow convenient the location is to where we usually go. The beauty of the area; but disappointed in all the new development around us. I prefer the open fields. The many close conveniences we have and I can walk to (grocery store, Expo Nails, library, restraunts like Dukes, Post Office, UPS, cleaners, etc).
Had I know that two floors of my tower were a hotel I would have never moved here. The cops are always here. Everything is always broken. Dog pee always in the hallways and elevators. There’s basically no security. We can’t wait to move.

RecommendedIt’s been a year since we moved to Avant at Castle Pines and will shortly be renewing our lease for another year. My wife and I are retired and really like our home here. Yes there are some issues however they are slowly being addressed keeping mind that the management team is new also. At this time I would recommend Avant at Castle Pines. The location is great. We have no issues. Thanks management team for the support.
