Been here for 10 months and can't wait to get out. Property manager does not answer emails. Elevators are usually broken in West building where you will have only 1 serving all 21 floors. Drug dealers enter at any time through the front door or garage as the gate has been non functional (broken) for 1 month. Two guys are stealing packages right from the front desk when no one is around. There is a whore house in the West Building (some might like that) and the halls smell like marijuana on many floors. I like living here but some of the tenants are so "disgusting" they have pets and they let the dogs piss, shit and bleed (Period) in the elevators and they don't clean after. I can understand a "Pet" can have a little accident but please "clean afterwards" I like pets but not smelling piss and shit and seeing blood spots !!! Esta muy lindo todo pero los valet tienen la entrada llena de conos siempre, no se puede llegar ni un minuto a esperar a alguien porque vienen para encima de uno como pulgas una sed de dinero que incomoda de verdad!++
Hotel in building is ridiculous, pool always full with non residents. Housekeeping is below average. Management has not given my full security deposit back after a full walkthrough with NO problems from maintenance. Renters beware of East Tower. West is not so bad.
I love this place! It is so beautiful and the management and staff here are so pleasant. Erin helped us with our lease and made the our moving in experience so easy and wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place!
I would not recommend Shorecrest Club to anyone....beware...the management will have your vehicle towed when you park your registered vehicle in the space that you are paying to rent. The manager is unresponsive and sends consistently negative and threatening emails.
