RecommendedI really enjoy living at Dunwoody Gables. When I was looking for a new apartment, at first I focused on the properties on Ashford Dunwoody Road, but that area is so congested that it's hard to go anywhere. This property is off North Shallowford with easy access to 285 and some great inexpensive restaurant choices within a 5-minute drive (Wild Ginger, Cafe Sababa, La Botana). Plus the staff are great and the amenities are very nice.

Poor management ! Got charged a pet biometric fee when I moved in and they to date have never completed the test ! How much money have they scanned out of people for this illegal fee ?? Elevators still an issue ! New tenants totally shady ! Smell of weed throughout the property gets worse by the day ! $75 charge for a lost key fob these cost $20 online for the new model !
Moving into my downtown 10 Light luxury apartment was the best decision I made in 2016. Perfect view of the Bromo Arts Tower from my west facing window . Watching the sunset from my bed is a vacation every day. Here’s where ideas are born and dreams become a reality. The 22nd fl Sky Lounge, Chef’s Kitchen, Pool deck, and 18th floor work center are simply spectacular. The complimentary coffee machine is ambitious and is every coffee lovers best friend. Living here is truly a wonderful experience the maintenance and management are great they have parties and get togethers for the residents and everything for your pets 2 dog parks. They truly appreciate the Residents.
