My father lives here and has had an ongoing black mold issue in his apartment, they came out to clean without the proper chemicals and the black mold was never removed. They did not offer to relocate my father, they did no offer anything. Don't move here !!! The worst part is they had the nerve to sent him a letter on how to clean mold. If you wanna get sick this is the perfect place for you.

RecommendedIt’s been a year since we moved to Avant at Castle Pines and will shortly be renewing our lease for another year. My wife and I are retired and really like our home here. Yes there are some issues however they are slowly being addressed keeping mind that the management team is new also. At this time I would recommend Avant at Castle Pines. The location is great. We have no issues. Thanks management team for the support.

The leasing office didn't tell me any detail of how the utility is charged before I moved in. So I thought I was charged what I used. However, today I just surprised to know that each resident is billed a fraction of total 10 light resident bill. However, the bill is not shared equally. I don't even know how I am billed and what I am billed for even I have moved here for three months.
