Great app, probably the best with shipment online
Not importing orders. No customer service. Support Tickets not being created.
Shipstation is an all in one platform that provides a simple solution to my needs of shipping every month on a recurring basis! Not only is the platform user friendly and beautifully designed, but their customer service is out of this world! I highly recommend Shipstation!
I really want to love this platform. It does have some quirkiness to it, but the thing that is making my life a challenge EVERY day is the functionality of the ShipStation connect software. Some days it works. Most days it doesn't. I spend at least an hour every morning trying to fix this issue. And to make matters worse, they know that this is a problem and have not fixed it. used to be better... slowly going down the drain...
It often takes 19+ hours to flag orders that need to be combined making this critical feature useless. Customer service refuses to acknowledge the problem. I've been fighting for a fix to this issue for a year.
I really want to give ShipStation a better review but I find it difficult to go any higher than 2. They appear to be robust and can handle a lot but there are some very basic things missing. For instance, we cannot currently reship an order to a customer with shipstation and have that order update in our storefront, it currently only handles updates for the first and original shipment. Today stampscom decided to remove cubic pricing from thousands of shipstation user accounts. Instead of acting on the behalf of thousands of their customers blindsided by this change (which is mentioned NOWHERE in their release notes), we are told to contact stampcom for help.
