RecommendedI have been extremely happy with Shipstation. This is my first small business and it is a side business for me so I don't have a lot of time to mess with shipping. The interface is easy and intuitive and it has my life a lot easier for me. my orders tend to be spread out hear and there so it isn't often that I get to take advantage of the batch shipping but when I do I love. The mobile app is great and I use it constantly to monitor and track my shipments. I am very happy with Shipstation and recommend it whenever I can.
So far so good. I am a small business owner -recently re-branded and re-launched by business- and love the ease and functionality of Shipstation so far (I've only been using for the last few months). I will note that as of yet, I have not needed major support so cannot comment on that aspect. I really love that I can connect all my orders from multiple selling platforms in one place and once the label is generated, the customer is notified of ship status without me manually having to do so. I love ShipStation!! I can now manage all 3 of our sales channels quickly and efficiently. Being able to print all packing slips from one place is awesome. I can see everything that I need to ship and then ship them in any order. I can also access quickly every order that has been shipped. Plus I can request a package pickup and the fields are already filled for me. Only thing missing for me is under the inventory category. Works well with some markets but it can be very unreliable. You just really have to try with the one you use to find out. They get you with the "2 months free" offer but only give you 30 days unless you actually signup for a plan. If you no longer want to do business with them, they still keep all your information and don't let you delete your account. Support will not help with that either, they are just interested in getting you to sign up for a plan.

ShipStation is an integral piece of our business's daily operations. Our fulfillment center relies on ShipStations ability to provide the information necessary for us to fulfill all of our orders. Like any piece of software I could nitpick about some small things I might want to see changed but at the end of the day ShipStation is our rockstar that services the warehouse on a daily basis. I would be hard pressed to find a better solution than ShipStation to fit all of our logistical needs.

Simple setup and great price. Estimating a shipment is quick and simple. The learning curve was almost zero! We use this with paypal and ebay orders.
