The software largely works well and does what it's supposed to. The problem is when you run into a problem or issue and you need support. That's when ShipStation is an EPIC FAIL. They will not answer their phones, most of the time the Chat function will not open within their software and you're lucky if they will answer a ticket within 24 hours. Not good service at all from a company that provides such a mission-critical service to online sellers. My advice, LOOK ELSEWHERE before choosing SS.

ShipStation is awesome. I have helped several companies implement it and they are very happy. It's so easy to setup especially when you are using WooCommerce.
By far the best shipping software in the world. Able to print thousands of orders per day from multi marketplaces with invoices and all in under 30 minutes. A task that would take me all day is now done in under 30 minutes and done much better. Customer support is 5 Stars. Live Chat is awesome and always very helpful. The program can be simple or powerful as you want it to be based on your needs. Highest rating possible for shipstation. I am a real user who has been selling online for over 27 years.
unclear features, like can you modify invoices and packing slips. compatible printers... ect... They really, really want you to try it.
