First, I love the interface and basic function. I wish it would have worked for us, but it had a fatal flaw that made us switch back to one of their competitors. The flaw is that it cannot take packaging material and boxes into account in any workable way for a normal business that has multiple products to ship. Let me explain this quickly. Using some type of shopping cart system (we use Shopify) the orders will be imported to Shipstation with product weight from the shopping cart system. I love ShipStation!! It absolutely makes shipping so much easier than using the USPS/FedEx/UPS website individually or driving to the locations. And the discounts are amazing! Thank you for a great service!!

Who has 20 Mbits/S upload capability?! Shipstation has become incredibly slow and unusable. We've used SS for 4 years and watched as their service, including tech support, has become worthless. As soon as the tech support person realized he couldn't help us, he ran a speed test on our computer. It Downloaded at 50Mbits/S and Uploaded at 2.5 Mbits/S. That's megabits per second. He then went on to say you need at least 20 Mbits/S to use SS effectively. We're looking into other options.

No sure why Shipstation did not have an Inbound Customer Service Support who can answer technical questions. You have to open a ticket and they can call you anytime time they wish. Not good for client and frustrating. BAD BAD BAD

At first, I was very doubtful a service like this would really be worth it, but I was wrong and couldn't be happier my business partner talked me into trying it. It has great features which have saved me money and time. They've also been quick to respond when I needed something answered. I highly recommend this company.
