This company's annoying ads keep playing through the middle of my favourite podcast, causing me to stop what I'm doing and skip ahead. Because I've been so repeatedly beaten over the ears with your service that I couldn't care less about, I've had to come to here and let you hear what I have to say. I'll make sure to discourage anyone from using this service if I ever hear it brought up.
Poor customer service and communication. We have in-house experts and we always have to solve it. Same problems, same response. This app doesn't do what others don't. Not impressed. Selling online for 15 yrs.
Great if you like to be thrown into an endless submit-a-ticket loop when you have an issue. No way to call. 3 days without resolution and counting.
Has a few too many times when it goes down randomly but they are usually short periods of time (rarely more than an hour) and otherwise is a very good program. Runs nice and quick and helps us get a lot more done in the less time than it took with several other programs. Wish it would do a better job of supporting additional fields on orders (such as Company Name and Address Line 2) and their support system isn't very timely at getting these things added... but no software or company is perfect and there is still enough posi... read more

I really really like this software, and I love the idea of combining all of my selling platforms into one, and just being able to add my own orders to it. It's an awesome idea. I do however have a few major complaints. Prob #1. Phone service is more difficult now. In the beginning, it was a lot easier to get someone on the phone, now you have to submit tickets and I've noticed that it takes much much longer to get problems resolved. Completely pointless. Does exactly what USPS website does, UPS website, and FEDEX. Only twist is they're ripping you off. It's been done before ShipStation, close before you go bankrupt.
This is useless if you are a Canadian company exporting with different currencies. All export documents will be in CND whatever the currency that you use. A $100 USD order will be exported to the US with a value of $100 CND. Creating a false export declaration. This could cause serious problems with US customs. ShipStation is aware of this since January 2013!! This is so frustrating.
We have been using Shipstation for quite some time now and have shipped in upwards of 12,000 in one month with no problems! We are very happy to be working with Shipstation to fulfill our orders on FastShipOutlet!
