support is horrible!! Trying to get wordpress plugin for shipstation to work and it has taken weeks for anyone to NOT get back to me to help so I can launch new website!
Would not even attempt merchant fulfilled eccomerce without this mighty fine tool!
Syncs with Magento however does not support multi-currency stores, so if you ship internationally with Magento stores set up in currencies for particular countries, it won't work, you'll have to process the foreign currency order manually. It assumes ALL weights are pounds, so it will not work correctly with stores using kilos in their Magento weights. It cannot handle international returns on UPS. Shipstation has worked well for us syncing our magento store. However after being a faithful customer for 2 years we ran into a sync problem. I contacted them through the live chat, and was not it was a magento issue. However it was very difficult for us to troubleshoot as we did not have the code that was causing the error, it was on the shipstation server. The ticket was escalated in at shipstation to a higher level support, and now it has been 2 days with no response from my emails. My programmer is stumped because we can... read more

Update: I originally left a 1 star review out of frustration and desperation. I have changed to 4 stars because once we finally got to the person we needed to I have been very impressed, but I can't go all the way to 5 because it shouldn't have taken what it did to get the help we needed. All in all shipstation is a pretty good tool and generally pretty reliable. Just be aware that if you have a major problem it likely won't be fixed today.
