The user interface is very easy to use and they keep offering new features based on their users' requests. I love Shipstation because it integrates perfectly with my e-commerce web page as well as shipping carriers, and creates a seamless experience. The orders automatically get synced with shipstation as well as my inventory management software, so I just log in, pick and pack, and print the shipping label. EASY AS THAT! Very flexible and easy to use. Everything I wanted in a shipping app and more. Love the insights and the way you can customise it to do so many things. Looking forward to a few Aus Post tweaks, which are actively being worked on. Otherwise, perfect.
ShipStation has become an integral part of our business. It allows both us and our clients to input orders and track progress. There are always improvements that can be made, but using ShipStation has allowed us to do so much more than we would be able to do without them.
