ShipStation has been an awesome help with my shipping needs for my small business, it has everything I need and gives me better shipping options than other websites or even the post office. I’m glad I found it and suggest any other small or large business owners to check them out! They have plans for everyone for decent prices!
We use multiple selling channels and multiple carriers. ShipStation has been the perfect platform to bring all of our information into one place. We can quickly compare rates and love having our customer information imported (saves clerical errors). We also like that ShipStation verifies addresses as this has saved us from returns and mis-shipped product. Sometimes the connection with selling channels can be a little quirky but overall, we enjoy the product.
I run the backend systems for @STKPromotions and we switched from ShippingEasy to ShipStation a few months ago. I moved because we use Zapier for many integrations and was immediately impressed not only with the integration but with the features and UI. The branded tracking pages add a level of professionalism and the fast easy management of the orders is untouched. We have since integrated WooCommerce into the platform as well and it's just made life easier.
When it works it works.. But when it dosn't watch out because you will be down and customer support is very limited. Not 24/7, no phone number to call, and everything is always stamps-com issues. We are looking for a new shipping provider other than stamps-com or ShipStation. We would like to stay but we feel as if there is too much pointing of fingers and never any info give to why there is issues. ShipStation has been an absolute life saver for my small business. There’s a little bit of a learning curve but it’s a pretty easy system to use.

ShipStation has been a wonderful one stop shop to sync our shipping options with our e-commerce platform. We just opened our small online business this past year and the customer service support received was top notch when setting up ship station. I really like that it automatically sends a receipt to customers and that you can customize the email with your logo and colors.
