Sad. We have been using ShipStation for over 4 year with no major issues. Recently started to use ShipStation as primary inventory list. Found a bug in Pick List, contacted support and explained the bug. He recommended a work manual work around where you have to individually update every order. However, we have anywhere from 400-500 orders a day and manually updating orders is close to impossible. He also recommended to post in suggestions forum, and guess what, where are plenty of people with same issue going back to 2016. ... read more
