Ship Station makes my life a lot easier! I used to go back and forward between services (USPS, Fedex and UPS) online to compare the best rate, now everything goes through Ship Station. It's so practical that all my customers' addresses are stored in one place. Creating return labels is also easy. I have never had any issues with Ship Station. The website is very user-friendly.
Owning a small startup, any way I can make things easier/more fluid is a big weight off my shoulders. I came from another shipping service that simply wasn't cutting it. Ship Station is quick, intuitive, and efficient. Love it!
ShipStation streamlines our fulfillment workflow and allows us to focus on growing our business. We love the automated notifications when a package hits the mail stream and is delivered - we've paired that with a Mandrill inbound email webhook to automate workflow.
Starting my own business was daunting enough but factoring in shipping made it seem overwhelming, however, working with ShipStation has not only made the process painless but their customer service has been nothing short of amazing if/when we've had questions. ShipStation has helped me to streamline my shipping process and I couldn't be happier! Dealing with my previous method was a headache but once I started using ShipStation the stress of keeping up with orders and timelines and customers was relieved. I can now track every aspect of my shipments from what's on the invoice to the day it arrives at my customer's door with ease. I don't know how I managed before ShipStation but I'm awful glad I've switched!

Ship station has been a dream come true!
ShipStation saves our music store time every day. It's especially useful when selling through multiple channels such as ebay, amazon, reverb, PayPal etc. Has also simplified our returns process greatly. Everything works smoothly and there are only 2 improvements I can think of: 1. It would be nice if there were a way to select Hold at Location for FedEx shipments. 2. I hope they will integrate with our Rain POS at some point.
