RecommendedWe use ShipStation for up to 50 shipments per day and the service has made our label generation and order management very efficient. It is also great for locating order history, processing returns and generating daily and month reports. We highly recommend ShipStation!
I am not sure how you develop an update and actually make the experience WORSE! I only use this garbage program because it’s the only one out there that is at least a tad bit user friendly, but just a tad.

RecommendedI was skeptical at first but ShipStation has quickly become my favorite business tool. There are a few items on my wish list for upgrades but I have no problem using what is offered now. I recommend this program to anyone that has volumes in shipping.
RecommendedI have been using Ship Station for a few months and so far it has worked well for me. It's much easier than hand writing labels and heading to the PO. Works for me!
RecommendedOnboarding process is painless. Connecting to Square (my POS) is seemless and works great. Decent price. Like it - alot!
I run a peculiar job, which is reshipping - just reshipping. I hold no stock, it comes in, and goes out the door. Therefore I have no storefront, and have to do everything manually. I have given up on the CSD import system, and I am not interested in setting up and paying for another system that integrates with SS just so I can print fancy packing slips. RecommendedGreat program. Saves money over Stamps alone. Doesn't always see awaiting for payment Works fine in general. Support is good but I am glad I don't have the rep I had in the beginning. Not great.
