Shine Solar Rogers AR We have had solar panels from Shine Solar for four years and have saved lots of money. If you get battery backup, be sure you thoroughly understand the way the system is designed. You may want to get your electrician to take part in the discussions. The way it stands, the circuit that is backed up by the battery is not accessible to an alternative source of power. What this means is that if there are multiple non-charging days, like clouds and snow covered panels, the circuits you considered important enough to backup will lose power when the batteries are depleted and there is no way to get power to that circ... read more

I WAS TOLD BY MANAGEMENT THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A PHONE CALL TO DISCUSS REMOVING MY PANELS AND NO ONE EVER CALLED

Mark, management will be contacting you today. Being tied into a solar loan, we cannot remove your system without your solar lenders say so. Since your project has already been funded by the financial institution your loan is through, we are at their mercy as to how or if they cancel the project. There are also fees involved for worked performed on the project.
