I WAS TOLD BY MANAGEMENT THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A PHONE CALL TO DISCUSS REMOVING MY PANELS AND NO ONE EVER CALLED

Mark, management will be contacting you today. Being tied into a solar loan, we cannot remove your system without your solar lenders say so. Since your project has already been funded by the financial institution your loan is through, we are at their mercy as to how or if they cancel the project. There are also fees involved for worked performed on the project.
I HAD SOLAR PANELS INSTALLED ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF AGO. OVER A MONTH AGO WE SPOTTED A LEAK IN OUR DINING ROOM AND SHINE SOLAR WAS OUT QUICKLY AND SAY THEY FIXED IT. TIME WILL TELL. IN THE MEANTIME AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS AND OVER A MONTHS TIME THE SPOT ON OUR CIELING STILL HAS NOT BEEN PAINTED AND WE NOTICED LAST NIGHT WE HAVE ANOTHER LEAK IN OUR ENTRY WAY. THEY ALSO TOLD ME THAT THE SYSTEM WAS MADE FOR 105% PRODUCTION VS USE - NOT TRUE. I WANT THE PANELS REMOVED IMMEDIATELY, A NEW ROOF, MY CEILING PAINTED AND A FULL REFUND.

Mark, we will definitely be fixing the leaks and repainting any drywall needed, per our workmanship warranty. We can and always will guarantee our systems production. When your system was initially purchased, it was discussed that trees would need to be removed/trimmed in order to see the most benefit from your system. It doesn't seem those trees were removed or trimmed, which is why you are not seeing the most output possible from your system.
The company pitched the cost of system to completely cover my electric usage. The system was over $30,000. My current utility bill averaged around $120 per month. They pitched their project would result in a monthly bill from the electric utility of $0. The company had me apply for a loan for the project pending credit approval and project acceptance by the utility company. This is due to the fact that you had just recently moved into your home, and we did not know what your energy needs would look like on an annual basis.
