Excellent and very helpful solar company! These people know their stuff. You either pay your energy company or you pay on panels. Panels are guaranteed for 30 years and the value of your home goes up. For 30 years your price is locked. It is a win-win and this company can do it all. I highly recommend them.

We love our system! While it took longer for install than we had hoped, but we love our new energy efficient heat and air system. It's also nice to know that we are helping reduce strain on our local grid.

I only wish there was a "Run for your life" rating. This company is deplorable. I am a concerned individual that wanted to do my part to reduce my carbon footprint. I purchased a residential solar energy system from Shine Solar in 2020. Just days after installation, I attempted to log onto my system to look at how it was going. That's when I discovered my system was offline. I called Shine Solar and was told that they "Could not access my system, it was offline." Mrs. ******** contacted Shine Solar in regards to her system being down in December of 2020. After a review of the system onsite and working with Enphase, we discovered that a storm caused the damage to her microinverters. At the time, this type of damage was not covered by Enphase, but they have since changed their policies. Enphase has not contacted Shine Solar in regards to the faulty envoy install, so that cannot be confirmed or denied by Shine Solar. At the moment (months in)the only thing they have done is raise my bills they're very quick to answer the phone but they basically won't do anything after that unless you're signing up for a new system they will make sure to contact you weekly to keep the ball rolling and prevent you from being able to back out their systems seem to be excessively more expensive than other comparable systems oh they are extremely pushy when it comes to getting you to sign and document everything Thus far it honestly seems like I should've pa... read more
