If my wife and I could give this 6 stars, we would. Shine Solar has better customer service than AMEX and USAA combined, we have never been in the dark on what is going on with our solar system, and we got exactly what we paid for. If you are just looking for a simple purchase, this is not the company for you. I found this company to be very professional, they answered all my questions completely, guided me through everything start to finish. The installation crew was fast, went over the whole process of installing and the equipment. I recommend them without hesitation. I don't think you can find a better company for Solar power.

Shine solar was great! Transparent pricing, took care of all permitting and crews cleaned up after themselves. Customer service keeps you updated at every step of the way and even follows up after you've had the system installed for a bit to make sure everything is going ok, there weren't any delayed issues and you understand how to monitor your system and how the output warranty works. Highly recommend!

So happy with our solar experience with shine solar. Whole process was easy and they even removed and reinstalled our panels when I roof needed replacing. Love watching every month how many trees were saving, and how little energy we have to buy. So it will be 3 years and still going great.
