From the first phone call, everything was a breeze. They handled everything. From getting city permits to notifying our electricity provider. It all happened quickly too. Everything went smoothly. Sometimes Shinesolar took awhile to get back to me when I had questions. Process started around Thanksgiving and ended end of March, mainly due to bad weather conditions and our utility company taking forever to install the meter. I would definitely recommend Shinesolar
