We had a wonderful experience with Shine Solar. From the original contact to the installation of of the heat and air crew, all the office personnel, and the solar installation crew. They are truly great people to deal with. They very polite, knowledgeable, honest and patient bunch. They answer all your questions, leave not even a scrap of paper behind, and go above and beyond to ensure you have a positive experience.
Beyond impressed. Made the decision to go Solar and, although it’s all new to me, I am very pleased so far. The staff I have worked with have been extremely helpful and professional. From Alex, sales, Liz, account manger, to Nikki for finalization. The apps seem very intuitive and easy to use. I am excited to make this transition with all hopes it makes a difference for my pocketbook and this big blue marble we all call home!
Our Shine Solar experience was seamless. Everyone from Chase, TJ, Nikki, and the installation team were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The system looks very nice on our home. They take care of Everything from start to finish! Love seeing our electric meter roll backwards!

Honestly a better experience than I imagined, all around. From the installers and hanging out with them and joking with them as we watched them install the panels to the weekly progress calls or text. Shine Solar went above and beyond in their service to us.
