Our experience thus far has been great! The people we met with were kind and courteous and explained things to where we understood them. The people that were at our home were kind, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Definitely recommend.

Shine Solar installed the system on time and was great all through the process. When a monitor circuit was not working, a tech showed up without me having to call and ask for support. Only issue is that an electrical wire was cut during the trench digging and, in my mind, not repaired right for being in the gorun, circuit works but will need to fix with proper splice kit.
I recommend Shine Solar for all your solar needs. They do great work. They clean up nicely when they are done with the installation of the panels and other equipment. They even sowed seed for grass. In the areas that they had to dig up. Every things looks so nice. I recommend whole heartily. They have help us save money.
I felt surrounded by informed people who cared about me, my family, our house, my money, and the environment. All of my questions and concerns were answered by the sales representative who served me over the phone. For questions at any point along the process, the manager was available. The guys on the construction site were usually clean, well-educated, prompt, health and safety-conscious, clearly skilled, and trustworthy. Shine Solar has exceeded all expectations for our solar purchase! Shine Solar walked through the process every step of the way. Justin was our sales associate, he has great customer service. He calls and checks on us often to ensure that we are being well taken care of. We have a great customer service rep, Nikki Coffman that is very knowledgeable on the whole process.
