The business side of shine solar was great. Follow up and customer service was especially nice
Professional, Polite and Respectful On time (8:30 am till 6:30 pm) each day Awesome work ethic Educated me the consumer on what to expect, the benefits of Solar and walked me through the entire process until I was satisfied and comfortable
I just got my system up & running for about 3 weeks now. All is good so far. The guys that installed out solar panels was just very hard workers. & yes i would recommend shine solar to my friends & family. Even though i couldn't get ahold of who i was assigned to all the time. When i needed to. But other than that i had a great experience with them sofar.
The process was smooth and painless. They answered all our questions and concerns. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.
Shine Solar did a great job explaining the process from start to finish. Everyone was helpful and professional. Great customer service and we are very happy with how it looks on our home. The hardest part about the whole thing was waiting on the electric company to do their part. But we are up and running now.
Overall experience was great staff was knowledgeable about their product and educated me as well
The crew that came to our home was amazing!!! I had neighbors even compliment on their professional. My account manager was 100% there for me when I had any questions. Everyone I've talked with at Shine Solar has been kind and courteous.
Shine Solar is a great Company to partner with for your solar project. Ours was a residential system, Shine handled everything from design to completion. The secured all the permits, scheduled the project work, inspections, and commissioning. Their Customer Service can't be beat. They answer their phones in person, returned calls (turns out I wasn't their only Customer), and allowed me to speak directly with Engineers and Master Electrician during the design. Hi, I want to preface by saying I did not go through with letting this company provide me solar. I do want to highlight my experience with Shine Solar because I want to warn consumers of their predatory practices. I recently reached out to Shine Solar for a system and initially I was impressed with what seemed to be a high level of customer service.
