I just finished getting my solar panels from shine solar and got an awesome generator as a bonus add on and 500 dollars for being military. my solar panels are also generating my energy needs during the day as well as putting energy back on the grid! it's been a super easy process where I barely had to lift a finger! I cannot wait to see my first electricity bill. I'll post something on Facebook how much I am saving in case ppl care to look. Thanks again Shine! YOU ROCK!

I was informed that they would remove my solar panels and put them back on for free when I got ready to replace my roof if I could get it done in the first five years. My solar was complete in April of this year, yes last month. I asked them if they could remove the panels to put a metal roof on my house and they are now going to charge me for the removal and install. I just gave them 45,000+ for my system that is not producing as promised. They said they can not remove it until July but I would also have to pay for a new fo... read more

We are more than willing to honor the free removal and reinstallation of the panels, although this does not cover adding additional materials. If you were simply replacing the roof, shingle to shingle, everything is happily covered under that guarantee. Since the change is shingle to metal, the racking and railing used is completely different, which would be why there is additional costs associated for the service.
