As an ode to his Israeli roots, Chef Alon Shaya created Shaya as an innovative restaurant with elements borrowed from his Middle-Eastern ancestry. Delicious !! Amazing hummus and small plates. We loved the chicken sandwich. Enormous portions.

Amazing meal from start to beginning. Fresh Wood fired Pita Never stops coming! All the small plates! Lamb and fried chic pea Hummus/ maitaki mushroom hummus/ Israeli salad/ wood fired babbaganoush/ braised lamb shank with pomegranate glaze with whipped Bulgarian Feta! Some many good dishes can’t list all!
