I called Shaver about a silver & black Jeep Compass. As with practically all of their postings for this type of Compass, I found that the upgraded car shown was not the vehicle being offered. Typically just black or white cars. I told them this kind of advertising is a bait & switch for the consumer. He checked the ads I was seeing on CarGurus and seemed surprised, saying it was an oversight. For weeks since, nothing has changed. This review is an attempt to attack our business likely from a competitor.The listing that this person is referring to is for a brand new vehicle with the correct Year Make Model and Trim Level listed.The complete and correct VIN is listed and all the factory options correctly listed.A stock photo is put up for all vehicles that we do not have live photos of.All of the relevant information was on the listing.This is probably coming from a shady new car competitor. I was not the easiest customer. After a few not so great experiences, I was not thrilled with the idea of buying a vehicle in this way again. Butch Smith was very patient and understanding. Wes Remmington was also very helpful. I am very grateful to Shaver and their staff! I am also very happy with my truck. Thank you Shaver!
