Salesman Miguel Avalos provided us with awesome customer service. The financial lady (missed her name) explained the financing options in detail. I typically have negative experiences with dealerships. NOT this one. They seemed friendly, didn’t pressure us and knowledgeable.
They were super nice, explained everything to me, and didnât feel âsalesyâ at all. Would go back to them in the future for sure!
The Shaver Automotive Group has been fantastic. I saw a minivan with the options that I really wanted so contacted the dealer. The dealership provided a very friendly and professional buying experience. The minivan was delivered to my home which was so convenient because I’m a paraplegic vet and made my buying experience so much easier. I’ve been having bad luck with dealing with dealerships be up front with total price, however Shaver was different, and for the better. I asked for an out-the-door cash price and got it quickly, detailed, and no funny business. I didn’t end up buying the truck as we had a change of plans and budget, but I will definitely give this dealership another shot when the time comes. Sales manager was professional and pleasant to deal with. FIVE STARS! Thank you.

Got one follow up email about my inquiry and when i responded not so much as a response back that the deal i was trying to get was a no for them. Very unprofessional.

I asked a question that was never answered. Of course after I asked my question all of a sudden the car has been sold. I just asked about the dealer fees, I guess he didnât want me knowing the truth about the fees, I understand they are ridiculously high
Shaver Auto is a very Lame dealer. Never answered my simple questions about a vehicle, but did continue to ask me if I was satisfied with their response. Just completely lame. I tried several times, but I couldn't get past the email chatbot & couldn't get anywhere with them. They had a car I was interested in buying but I ended up buying elsewhere because of their poor communication.
