I had received a notification from Miguel he had received my 'information' request via the web-site; in that request I had asked for several pieces of information about the specifics of the car. A few days later I received an e-mail from Ashley as a follow-up to ask if I had been contacted by anyone. Dealer refused to answer any of the questions I posed in my inquiry and instead sent 9 emails advising me that Carguru's masked my email and would I please send them my info. Seriously? Isn't that EXACTLY why we'd contact them through Cargurus?

Horrible customer service in person and online. Drove 3 hours to get here and no help when I got there, I went in side and three salesmen were hanging xmas decorations and couldn't be bothered to sell a vehicle
