keep sending me emails asking me what car I'm interested in even though I've replied and asked about this particular Challenger. Even spoke with the customer service rep who keeps checking in to see if the sales team followed up. They never did. I've sent them detailed emails explaining what I am looking for but for some reason they will not reply to me regarding any dealings or the vehicle.

Worst service, can not get the answers to my questions. Such as why has the car not arrived to lot yet. Several emails and texts and just crickets to where the car is. This has been going on for 3 weeks, guess time to go to new dealership for new car.

She explained all the details of the financing, wasn’t pushy about extended warranty packages. Overall excellent experience and worth the drive down from NorCal to SoCall.

I asked to be emailed and not contacted by phone and I get a call on my phone from Shaver Automotive Group. When I brought this to the salesman's attention, his reply was that the phone call was automatic. Haven't heard from since.
