My experience was awesome getting approved for this car wasn’t a long process it all I’m about 6 in a half hours away from this dealer ship an it has been an smooth an amazing experience so far…
I called the night before and told them I would be there the following morning to pick it up and he said he would save it for me but I got there and they had sold it. They didn’t even seem to care that they did that. I would not recommend them at all the 2 cars I test drove one felt like you were going over bumps and the other one the steering was screwed up. I would not recommend anyone going there. Terrible business
After a multitude of contact attempts, including missing a call from them and with 4 immediate callback attempts, no answer, I still had to wait a couple days to finally intercept their call. Their dealer fees are astronomical, so I tried to gain insight on why once I finally could talk to someone. $1,000 Doc Fee on top of electronic filing fee??! LoJack anti theft device fee of $700 CANNOT be opted out of. I asked if the device had been installed, they said no but they install them on all of their vehicles. I even asked if ... read more

I highly recommend this dealership. Alex was our salesman. He was wonderful and made us feel so welcome. He took extra time to make sure that we found the perfect car in our price range. The whole staff was wonderful.
