they sold me a vehicle that overheated 2 hours after driving off the lot , they also sold me a cancellation policy they are refusing to honor and not returning my down payment ? DO NOT BUY A Vehicle from shaver !

I scheduled a day to see the car and the sales consultant was not there. I get a call from another sales consultant and tells me to ask for him instead when I arrive, so they knew I was still arriving. I drove two hours to see the car. It took them 15 mins to bring out the car because apparently it had a nail in the tire so they drove it to get it fixed ?? It didn’t make sense at all. Called to inquire about this vehicle and the rep that answered was not pleasant. I’m still in the market for a SUV but will not be going here for it.

I feel this dealer is false advertising. I was interested in this jeep which is listed at 31,490 I even called the sales person making sure it was available ( maybe I should have confirmed out the door price) when I get to the dealer he prints out the final price which included some kind of paint and dent protect, tracker in case the car is stolen and other add on that brought the price to 39k ( this did including tax and tile ) but he would not sell car unless I was willing to pay for all the add ons that I did not need or ... read more

I liked the car but they sold it before I could buy it that same day. At least the salesman, Armen called me before I went over there.
