I worked with Andrew and he was fantastic. I sat there for 3 hours while they did ‘paperwork’ without anyone else checking on me. The price you see online is not accurate and they only show the best possible scenario for all available rebates. Go ahead and add on 6-7k to whatever they show online. They’ll also try and give you a sad story about why they lowball you 8k below what KBB or Edmund’s says the trade-in is worth. Not so good I made a offer including my durango which I wanted trade in value I sent Vin and pics like requested and whenever I wanted a breakdown invoice so we could make a deal with deposit I was ignored and vehicle sold under my nose
I inquired about a vehicle they were quick to respond and helpful when I need it.
I did purchase a 2025 Chrysler Pacific. The van is great so far. 2 Things I didn't appreciate was 1) Being told as retired military that I wasn't eligible for the military discount that Chrysler offered. After showing and explaining the definition, I was able to get a partial discount. 2) They did not mention that the van does not come with a spare tire. I thought a spare tire was something every vehicle comes with. At least tell me so I could get a spare before driving in Chicago.

We live outside of Springfield, so we bought the truck basically on the videos and the information supplied to us from the sales people at lums they drove the vehicle to us. It was a smooth process.
Staff was awesome. I felt I got a good deal on the truck.
