This dealer had me come in thinking the vehicle was clean title after running my credit and almost signing and I saw the vehicle was deemed a total loss. Even though I asked the dealer before even test driving the vehicle if it was a clean title! Do not come to this dealer they will do anything to squeeze you into a vehicle even if it’s lying to you!
Rick was responsive. Answered all questions I had.
Was not happy with all the extras that got by me with the electronic signing. Only had one Key and when I tried to get another the manager told me that it only came to them with one . He told me I could purchase it through the dealer and that is how it goes. My salesman Dario was very helpful and answered all my questions. I would tell people to be aware of and go over all charges that are on the purchase order
The worst car buying experience ever. Lack of communication or nonexistent, very rude and dishonest manager, Anthony. We wasted 3 days with the runaround from them. It’s too long to explain here, but you can find a car anywhere. My advice would be save yourself some time and stress by finding your next car at another dealership. Or at least avoid this specific manager. He even covered his tracks by telling his immediate manager that I was upset because I didn’t like the way Autonation accepted payments.
