Bryan was straight forward on all aspects of the trade in and sales process. He was accommodating on everything.

Vehicle was listed as carfax clean no accidents or damage and one owner vehicle was advertised as Ram Certified with 3 months bumper to bumper warranty. They low balled me on my trade in a 2017 Ram 1500 sport but it is what it is on that. They rushed through paperwork on financing and was also told by salesman and finance manager that it’s carfax clean and Ram certified with 3 month warranty. ***Please read and then run to an honest dealer - hidden price increase*** 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4WD advertised at $28,400. I called and spoke to a sales representative, Adam Hammare, and confirmed the price. Website tauted pricing transparency. Sale sent to the managers office. These guys wanted me to pay $1000 extra for the vehicle because I wasn’t a veteran. Literally, a line item for $1000 added to the total for non-veterans. And a separate line item for an additional $1000 because I’m also not a first responder. Rather than presenting these line items as a discount, for people who qualify, they are shown as an upcharge to everyone else. Ridiculous and probably illegal as it felt discriminatory.

Vehicle has been advertised with not picture for two weeks. Dealer Website shows a stock picture. I asked for pictures of the vehicle before I schedule time to see it. I had to repeatedly explain the vehicle that I was interested in. I was eventully told that it is in the shop. I asked for pictures of it in the shop. No one is able to do this. Makes me leery of the vehicle and staff.
