Came home from work to a surprise bill from this "hospital". I understand what an estimate is and understand that ED visits cost more than normal office visits. I don't need the exasperated comments from an operator to know these facts. But what I do not understand is how the paid estimate was so desperately lower than the balance due. I don't understand why this place has no patient advocacy or complaints office. I don't understand how medical staff can be so ambivalent to their patients. Very friendly and caring.very helpful and it has great food and great nurse's and doctors.

Why have call ahead service if you aren't going to honor it. 3 hour wait time. Horrible.
