Never in my life have I had a horrible visit here. Today is one. ER doctor told me I could take Tylenol and I'd be fine. I have cellulitis, Tylenol does not help and he did not want to listen.
Don’t ever go between 1130 and 1400. Seems like all docs take lunch at same time and the 15 minute wait takes 2 hours.

Last night we had to take our 5 year old in with bleeding from a tonsillectomy that she had done last week. Needless to say this Mama was scared and just wanted her baby girl to be fixed. The staff was so wonderful. Everyone from the intake nurse who was so patient and gentle with L (whose name I neglected to remember) to Katy who put us in a holding room and was very thorough to the other nurse(again forgot his name) who helped find a channel for Laetyn to watch while we waited and he made sure she was a bit in her comfort ... read more

Felt somewhat sickish from returning from my mission work in Manila and Nepal. The entire process from registration, getting vital signs, seeing the doctor/nurse and getting a shot and prescriptions only took 1 hr 10 min plus everyone was extremely caring and friendly, absolutely the best service ever!

I recently made a trip to the ER with gallbladder issues and had to have surgery to remove it. I just had to say, I was taken such wonderful care of, from the ENTIRE ER staff, doctors, nurses, housekeeping, dietary, and every one in between. I had several blood draws and IV’s that were quick and painless. (No misses!) My doctors were fantastic and right on top of my needs. My nurses, Anthony and Paige, were the highlight of my stay.
