So where to begin. I went in on 1-5-18 after being in a vehicle accident complaining of the left side of my head & ear hurting and being dizzy. The vehicle accident was around 2pm I checked in at 2:24pm. Pain level at a 5. I sat for 2hrs and hadn’t been seen, by this time the adrenaline wore off and my shoulder and neck were hurting and pain level was a 8.
