I work at Shannon and have been a patient more than once as well. And I can say this, Shannon may not always be perfect but, Shannon associates and Dr.s all strive to give the best care in the most professional and compassionate way possible. Knowing this hospital front to back, I would not think of going anywhere else for care for me or my family.
This is the worst hospital ever their icu staff is rude and hateful
I worked at Shannon for years. My daughter has had surgery there twice in a year and both times she was treated well. I wouldn't go anywhere else.I do have to agree with one of the reviews that the nurses need to be articulate enough that you can understand. We couldn't understand anything that the nurse or aide or whatever she was saying. She was nice but........ there is no telling what she was saying
The Dr on call at er did seem to listen to me about my pain in my knee and was hurrying to get me out. Everyone else was nice but I was waiting in the waiting room for about 4hrs. I don't go to hospital very often, but on horrible experience I had on this visit.
No it was worst. Neve been treated that way at all. The looks id get from the nurse wen i ezpkained my situation. Rude snoby stuck up the looks. I only come here for the fact that the doctors here know my history. Medical �
Excellent service, I was seen promptly, all my questions answered
We took our mom tues morning to the ER, they ended up admitting her. Lauren the nurse went above and beyond to make my mom's visit as comfortable as she could. She was GREAT!!! THE 5TH floor nurses were just as great as Lauren the ER nurse. I am truly thankful for the care that my mom received. Thank you, E, Navarro
Was told I had to wait 5 to 6 hours to be seen....so I left and went to community
