I just delivered my third baby on Tuesday, my first birth experience here at Shannon. Dr. Wiggins-Smith and all of the nurses during my pregnancy, delivery, and postnatal care were wonderful. Dr. Webb is our pediatrician and also incredible. Mel the anesthesiologist helped me feel so much more comfortable. I wish I could remember every nurse’s name, because every single one was top notch. The billing department is awful. 6 months after one visit my bill increased by 3 times. Paid it and 2 months later owed more. Awful to talk to and not helpful at all. The waiting room was nice but the exam room was disgusting.

I thought this hospital was a good place to go and get good medical treatment and it was... My wife had to go to the e.r. because fainting and dizziness, Dr. Touchy who is usually a good doctor was very unprofessional and rude to me, my wife and two year old son. They did a MRI and no blood work and was diagnosed with vertigo with no explanation and sent home with zofran and meclazine. I had to take her to Shannon hospital and there they did all labs and concluded it was a inner ear infection but needed antibiotics and stero... read more
