Saturday May 28 I drove from Arlington to San Angelo to join my fiance for a medical emergency. From the moment I walked in trying to find my fiance Shannon Medical staff was very helpful. From check in staff, doctors nurses and housekeeping they were all very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. I want to thank every Shannon Medical Center staff that took care of my fiance and myself while we were there, your a great staff and thank you.
I have had numerous terrible experiences with the staff at Shannon. I’m never going back and I’ll never refer anyone to them.

Been here two hours waiting for blood work!! Absolutely ridiculous. No reason to wait thus long! Develop a better system!!
I am here with my child who is sick and the lady who checked us in was very rude. When she would ask me a question, I would start to answer and then she would cut me off and ask another question. But Nurse Janie was amazing with her care!!!

Never in my life have I had a horrible visit here. Today is one. ER doctor told me I could take Tylenol and I'd be fine. I have cellulitis, Tylenol does not help and he did not want to listen.
