My husband was admitted for diabetes complications, we were super scared, every single person we came in contact with were absolutely amazing. They treated him like he was the only patient. Amazing care!!!
My husband has been in the hospital for a week. He was brought in from a job site. We are from South Texas and have been here with no personal supplies or transportation. The dr and nurses have been awesome!! We couldn't have asked for better care! I have gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
Gotta say, this is one of the best er's I've ever been too. Thought I had heart issues, do they got me straight in. Now I'm in a room, they're great to me. The food is ok, but I've had a lot worse.
I am extremely happy with my level of care from Dr. Wiggins-Smith and her nursing staff. Brenda in the Women's and Children's Department is wonderful too and I am very grateful to all of them. I had a pleasant stay as a patient in Women's and Children and in Day Surgery. The only reason I did not give a 5 star review is because of the billing department. The person I spoke with was unprofessional and dishonest and caused serious problems with the scheduling of my surgery.
I like Shannon they did a great job taking care of my husband during and after surgery. Dr Westmoreland was great and such a good doc. I appreciate them taking care of my husband .
Not a happy camper waited in ER last night with my 5 year old sick daughter and My best friend that was in extreme pain. They checked their vitals twice then back to the lobby/waiting area never saw a Doctor or a PA. In fact there was a young lady sitting behind us who was sick and had two sick babies she had been there since 2:30 that afternoon and still hadn't been seen.
