From a delivery driver stand point Shannon has always been good to us. Great tippers besides the ER. They maybe tips 1-2 bucks on 100 dollar ticket most of the time it’s a stiff.. but staff is friendly and most of the Nurses are kind and attentive when I have been a patient .

They were awesome. The Doctors, nursing staff, housekeeping and maintenance. Were awesome.

The nurse running the ER department clearly has no idea what she is doing. My daughter presented with a fever and pain however they made her wait hours. Let KIDS that where laughing, eating and came in after us seen before my daughter. I had to say something before she finally let her back and her pain and fever spiked to 104. She made my daughter suffer. I hope nothing long term comes of this. Will never go back to Shannon. Im going to community cause they wouldn't let a child stay in pain and from previous comments, it see... read more
