I have been waiting over 24hrs for a STAT lab that I had done yesterday morning that my doctor has never recieved. I guess STAT means nothing to them. I have personally called them to re-fax 3 times and still nothing. So I call again this morning now they want me to sign a release to get my records because they can't do their job! I have always had nice things to say about Shannon and always wondered why all the bad reviews now I see why.

I'm upset I have to even rate this place a 1 star. This is literally THE WORST hospital I've ever been to. I got in a car accident and they made me walk on my right foot for two days before I MADE them x-ray it. And it was broken � I wouldn't trust this hospital to even treat a cold. Don't go here!!!!!

The ER department sucks ! The staffs are very rude and unfriendly ! They made us wait for 5 hours . The baby was having high fever 103 for 2 days . Even after waiting from 7:30 to 11:46 pm . They sad we had to wait long but they were so Many other people who came later than our baby were told to see the doctor ! We left after 5 hours of waiting and Went to community hospital ER and they checked right the way ! A lot of people say Shannon is good but I say they just know how to make the money instead to giving the good servic... read more

My fiancé has DBS done at Shannon a few days ago. Their surgery & ICU staff were amazing. Dr. Duarte is amazing at what he does. His office staff (a Shannon clinic) is also great!
