I took my 10 month in for the flu and paid nearly 300 and was told that was my entire balance. A month later I received a 47$ statement for something I already I had a receipt for paying. When I called they said I was supposed to be charged twice for it although it was only administered once and no other testing was done. Bad business practice, I think. The pa we saw was nice but over all I feel scammed by their billing department. I will never go back
I've stayed way to many days at Shannon due to my disease. I can say with no hesitation the doctors and nurses are top notch. I've received nothing but exceptional care from true professionals. I hope I never see the ER or a hospital room there again, but if I do I'll know I'm well taken care of.
This place sucks from the hospital to the urgent care centers. Every single person that you talk to from the front desk to the doctors act like ass holes and treat you like shit. Simply pathetic that they claim to care about treating patients with the best care possible. Just today I tried to take my wife to shannon urgent care and they had stopped taking ppl already and would not see her and it was two and a half hrs before they claimed to close not to mention the little kid they turned away as well. What a joke

Worst place to have a baby. Nurses couldn't care less about you. Don't go with your wishes. And take your baby when your asleep so when you wake up at 2am to check your baby is gone.
Am very upset with the care I was or better yet wasnt given. Went to er sick as a dog having trouble breathing and in alot of pain. Was told I had a fever. Was glad they took me back right away but when the dr came in he said they was going to do a breathing treatment and xrays a nurse came in 5 minutes later released me. Basically I left the same way I went in. Had to go to another er to find out I had pneumonia. Not cool at all
