Very efficient and organized. Great friendly staff!! Worked hard to meet my needs. Great doctors!! On a different subject. Shannon' Infusion Center needs expanding. I go in for monthly infusions and we are packed in like sardines. The nurses are the BEST there. Do need more permanent nurses-don't like the floater nurses as they aren't always trained for infusion care. Thank you Shannon!!!
These professionals at Shannon are the most friendly and professional people I have ever had the pleasure to meet! From the Dr's who did the procedures on my wife to the nurses and aides, just an awesome experience. Even though not the circumstances I'd like. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone wanting to receive the most top flight care! Thank you Shannon Medical Center for taking care of my wife and keeping us updated on everything you did!
Well l got admitted yesterday the lady that registered me was nice n friendly with a smile to ER was treated kind n friendly up to 5-W the staff very caring friendly when l would push the nurse button someone was here to asst me in what l needed above all it's the employees that give this hospital a good name God bless each one

The best service and caring people are all at the best hospital. Look where they have graduated and the hospital goes after them all to a family hospital. Thanks to Shannon and the team.
I spent over a week in Shannon few days in ICU then on the 5th floor my experience was excellent the nurses and staff took very good care of me they made me feel like I was a friend or a family member they were taking care of. So I say this to nurses and staff thank you for helping me thank you for healing me I'm not 100 percent better but I'm ok right now with their help they gave me. Thank you and God bless all of y'all.
