When it came to the care I received it was absolutely the best my only complain is the misinformation I received the first time I was scheduled to see the doctor. This prevented me from keeping my appointment but in return the reception fit me into a different slot the next day.
I honestly have never had an issue with any staff from Shannon. However, I have been trying to schedule an appointment with my ob/gyn for the last 2 months with no success. I love my doctor, but the person answering the phone is not helpful. I keep being told that I just can't schedule an appointment. Why not? And when I said that I guess I will have to find another doctor, the lady just said "ok." I would think that Dr. Wiggins would much rather keep her patients but I can't keep getting the run around.

My mom went in on sunday diagnosed with a uti which turns out might have been a posdible stroke. Unsure what to think.
