Est. 1981 Shallos is the Midwest's purveyor of rare and Exotic brews. We stock over 500 different beers through out the year. We have 38 different beers on tap, 120 different imported bottled beers and over 200 different Miro brewed bottled beers.In the last 30 years in business we have become Indy's best kept secret. Some people think we are like the tv show "Cheers". Shallos is for sure a great place to come in and get comfortable and try traditional pub food and brews.

Really good experience. Jon was a great server. Food was great, and that swamp sauce is delicious! Try the homemade chips...they aren't lying...they're delicious.
Loved this place. Had a delicious & huge breaded tenderloin sandwich with their homemade chips which are scrumptious. Many other things are on the menu I want to try so will definitely be returning.
I spend $100 easy when I go to Shallos. Good food and awesome beer selection. Oh yeah! Friendly atmosphere.
JoAnn is the BEST hostess! I am always so glad when she is working. She is friendly, knowledgeable, quick and fun. She makes all the difference for me when I come to Shallo’s!!!
First time eating here today and had the best tenderloin I’ve ever had!!! Super good bloody Mary’s!! Best homemade chips too!! Service was good!! Not one disappointment!! Definitely will be eating here again!!

They seemed disappointed in us coming in with a large group- even though it was 2:30 in the afternoon-. Seemed like a total inconvenience. I watched some worker walk around like he was pissed off at the world- was told it was the owner. I almost asked if we should go elsewhere. We were seated and the service was so-so, drinks and food are the only thing worth going for.
Had the Swamp Grilled Tenderloin and it was delish. Also, I’m not a beer person but I tried the Dragon Milk and it was fantastic!
