Shadow Brook Dental was excellent. Everyone was friendly,& smiling and the office was neat and clean. They provided with the relief and medicine I need until my root canal is complete. Being a new patient and moving from Marietta Georgia I had to find a new dentist. I made an appt and notified them that I had a total knee replacement and needed pre meds. They said to get them from my family doctor and after my first appt they can give them to me. I went to have teeth cleaned and xrays. They said that I needed deep tissue cleaning and I was suppose to come back. When I called for my pre-meds I was told to get them again from my family doctor. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I did not revieve this type of service from previous dentist. I was impressed with how time was taken to do a proper exam and time was taken to explain findings and prevention. Previous dentist stated brushing method was fine just need to floss and a year later still bleeding gums.your office discovered my was not the best and explained y its causing my gums to bleed. Noe have the knowledge to take better care to prevent gum disease.
