There was no wait time and the staff were friendly and explained my dental situation clearly.
From the initial time that I spoke with Sally to schedule my appointmnet to my visit with Dr. Green and Summer, my experience with Shadowbrook Dentistry was flawless and painless. I appreciate the fact that the staff is more than knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Dr. Green, you & your team are amazing!!!!!
Being new to Dr. Green but not Shadowbrooke--I felt as though there was a lot going on in the office during my last visit. Lots of questions were asked to the Doctor while she is working on me. Although I feel confident in Dr. Green's dentistry & love the fact that she is a fellow veteran like myself...I felt somewhat disconnected with the doctor during my procedure because of the discussions & questions that occurred. Summer was an incredible hygientist!!!
It was a great experience. Even the girls 18 and 20 were happy. I'm referring my oldest daughter Amanda Pierce her husband and kids also my sister Bonnie Wine.
Everyone is always pleasant and helpful.
The X-Ray block was to large and cut the inside of my mouth. My mouth was sore for 4 days after I had my teeth cleaned. I would have liked the Dentist to explain treatment with me more in detail.

Went in for something specific, next thing i know it is going to be an expensive visit, no one wants to listen to what i want, i need someone to listen to my needs, not their wants. Going to get a second opinion.
