staff was friendly and my new visit was great!!
I was very pleased with the service I received. I had a root canal done and I had no pain in the office or after I left. I have been telling my family and friends about my visit. Doc. Green and her staff are the best.
The staff is always compassionate, working you into their schedule, and very kind. i have never been as comfortable and trusting with a dentist. Tamara was exceptional she made my comfortable and explained all procedures and preventions for my theeth like i never have encountered before.
The office staff were wonderful. Dentist was great. Hygienist is fabulous. My only recommendation would be that you contact too often, such as I received phone call , text, and several emails as reminder. That was irritating.
As you remember I ended up going through two root canals. I understand why it happened and your office did everything it could and more to offer customer service. And this is why I would recommend this office to friends. But, I also did pay more out of pocket between the two offices that day, and now also I have been sent an additional bill for $500 from the other office. It is hard to start a new procedure when the bottom line keeps moving.
The staff at Shadow Brook Dentistry are wonderful. I felt very comfortable with the procedures and everyone was very professional. I was well informed about any dental issues I have and feel comfortable putting the health of my mouth in their hands.
Prices are high and you should offer some sort of discount for people without insurance.
Every one that I have met at Shadow Brook has been extremely personable, informative and a pleasure to be in the company of. A visit at Shadow Brook is like being in the company of good friends.
