i just felt like i got so many calls prior to my appointment that it was a little annoying. and sometimes when i call no one answers and i'm unable to leave a message. my teeth were a little sore after my visit. and if i hadn't gone to the desk to check out after sitting for 10-15 minutes in the waiting area (which is quite small) i would have been sitting for a while. i felt like being there 2 hours, even for a new patient, was way too long. but the care was good, my hygeniest was great, dentist is very nice and thorough, a... read more

I hate the dentist but I do not mind coming to Shadowbrook. The environment is very welcoming and I think the added email and text message alerts are a wonderful reminder because I am quite forgetful. Also, I appreciated the happy birthday message from the staff. T
I met Channell for the first time. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She was very thorough in her explainations. Also the receptionist could sense I was nervous about the procedure and offered me the nitras? gas. SO GLAD she did.
Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, and do everything they can to make me comfortable. They show concern about me and my dental health, which I appreciate. Thanks to everyone at Shadow Brook!
I was pleased with everyone. I had a great visit and was well pleased with my entire experience including my coffee. I appreciate the 7am appointment...it get's me up early and does not interfere with my day. This is the right fit for me!
