My experience at Shadowbrook was great. The staff and dentist was skilled professionals who provided absolutely great services. I would highly recommend family and friends.
The staff were very pleasant during my dental visit. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Green's assessment and care plan. I was a little disappointed with the financial assistance. I would think the lenders would be a little more understanding being that those who apply for services obviously need the assistance. As soon as I can afford to proceed with services I will definitely schedule with Shadowbrook Dental.
The appointment was too long. I was there for a routine cleaning & I thought all the pictures/x-rays was too time consuming. I felt like that is what I paid for because the cleaning was complete within 10 minutes & my teeth did not feel much different afterwards.

Everyone there makes you feel so comfortable. Dr. Green is awesome! She's the best dentist I've ever had.
Dr. Green was working with a new employee (whom was very friendly and customer service oriented) and she was so patient - very nice to see. Also explained what she was doing and why. Front office staff is very friendly. Great dentist and I would definitely refer her.
