I love, love, love your office. As I stated I have NEVER returned to a Dentist office before because I only made an EMERGENCY appointment due to pain. I came to your office (not in pain) to get on a dental plan for my overall Dental Health. Dr. Green and her staff did an amazing job at making me feel welcomed and as comfortable as possible. If I had been fortunate enough to have had you as my dental care experts 17years ago when I first came to Gwinnett, my gums and teeth would have been good today. You are really helping me and I love it that I am included in any plans for my care. I am trying to get my husband to transfer!

From front desk to Dr. Green, you can expect and receive warm greetings and efficient service. Knowing all your options for care and not feeling like you're being upsold is a plus! After all, this is the dentist's office, not a car lot.

Having not been to a dentist in years, my 1st experience at Shadow Brook was awesome. From check in, to assessment, to check out - I felt the staff paid attention to my needs and met them.
